 If you're like me, you probably believe sending that big, dumb actor to Sacramento was an excruciatingly bad idea: No, not Ronald Reagan (though there's a helluva case to be made there) - Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Das Governator has alienated the Democrat-controlled assembly with childish insults and steamroller "negotiations." He's angered the unions and the teachers. And now he's planning to spend $80 million of your money on a special election that's doomed to failure.
Had enough? Maybe you'll want to vent your frustrations at the anti-Schwarzenegger protest this afternoon at Santa Monica College ...

A.N.S.W.E.R.L.A. plans to picket Schwarzenegger's planned address to SMC students at 5 p.m. this afternoon, at the corner of Pico and 17th.
Here's why: On June 14, Schwarzenegger is coming to Santa Monica College to speak to graduating students. Meanwhile, he wants to cut education funding, teacher's wages, pensions and jobs across California. Join us at SMC to protest Schwarzenegger and his racist, sexist, anti-people policies. Let's build a united people's fight back to tell Schwarzenegger that students, teachers, nurses, workers, immigrants and retired people are NOT "special interests!"
