More Problems at the VA Hospital

The problems at the VA Hospital in West LA continue. After a series of horrific reports about conditions and treatment at the facility, there is another high profile problem: A 47 year old Air Force veteran underwent a procedure to remove a potentially cancerous testicle. The operation went well until it was discovered they removed the wrong one.
