According to a new USC study, apartment occupancy rates in LA County are at 97%, at an average rent of $1,470 per month and climbing—USC is calling for a 5% hike this year. The chepest rent is in San Bernardino, at $835 a month on average.
Oh, and apparently there are gas stations on the West Side advertising premium gasoline for $4 a gallon.
