LA County Fires Benevolence Fund

LA Voice Benevolence Fund

LA County is experiencing one of the worst wildfire incidents in its history, as thousands of people have been forced to leave their homes and all of their belongings and thousands more are under threat of evacuation. These wildfires have burned over 30,000 acres in LA County resulting in forced evacuations, and displacement. The fires have also dangerously altered the quality of LA County air and water, leaving small children, the elderly and immunocompromised people severely at risk.

Over 80% of our friends, neighbors and loved ones impacted by the fires report low to moderate income. With the insurmountable costs of food, shelter, and transportation, these wildfires not only spell displacement, but job insecurity, financial instability, loss of life, and much more.

LA Voice is committed to building an LA County of equity and abundance for all, and at this time we are working within our community and in coalition with partner organizations to raise resources for those impacted by the LA County fires.
